    Be prepared to wait 30 minutes if you want the chicken sandwich.
    I'm giving them 2 stars because they did appear to be understaffed, but they definitely weren't hustling to compensate.
    It's definitely a management issue - We're not asking for Chick-fil-a levels of service, but c'mon!

    I just came to Popeyes with my daughter and friends after the north haven fair. We were there about 10:05 pm and the doors were locked and it said open till 10:30. Went thru the drive thru and got a message to look over menu but no one came on to take our order. As we were driving away there was a Lyft driver probably waiting for the employee. Not cool. It was a whole half hour they closed early.

    This popeyes is horrible!!! Went there on Wednesday night 6pm waited 22 minutes for 2 people in front of me. When i ordered girl taking orders had ear piece in and talking on phone while assembling my order. Then she tells person on phone hang on and tells me we only have spicy chicken left. I settled for that and it was old and dry and place is DIRTY. Windows havent been cleaned since who knows when, floors dirty and many light fixtures out. Nobody running the place a total free for all. I have tried it 3 times the last few months and gets worse everytime.  How do you not have chicken at dinner time when thats all you sell? Please popeyes do your company a favor and lock the doors, this restaurant is an embarrassment to your company. I will NEVER be back

    Absolutely the worst restaurant on the planet. When is this place going to close down. No chicken tenders so we had to wait 20 minutes. Then a soda machine with maybe 99 flavors is empty of almost all flavors..

    This restaurant is just a waste of the ground it dits on. Out of chicken for chicken sandwich for the 3rd day in a row and only accepting cash, no credit card.

    Dear invisible owner, do everyone a favor, CLOSE DOWN...GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

    Been there 3 times in the last three weeks and still have not gotten any food. First time, they closed early. Second time said they could not fulfill my order of 12 Chicken tenders and offered no options. Third time told I needed to wait for 20 minutes during the dinner hours. Love Popeyes but this location couldn't possibly make any money. Not sure this location deserves any stars.
